Amendment C176knox amends the Knox Planning Scheme to enable the consideration of a residential aged care facility with associated uses at the site at 145 and 153 Bunjil Way, Knoxfield.

The site is currently vacant and is designated for hotel and function/conference centre uses under the current planning framework.
