Disability Advisory Committee seeking new members

Applications to join our Disability Advisory Committee are now open as we recruit for new members.  

We’re looking for community members who have lived experience with disability, carers or community members who work within the industry to help advise Council on important issues impacting people with a disability, and their families.  

The committee will meet every second month on a Tuesday evening at the Knox Civic Centre over a two-year term.  

By offering your experience and knowledge, you will contribute directly to Knox’s future direction – making positive impact to better our community experience for all.   

Joining is additionally an opportunity to be able to build relationships and network with Council staff and stakeholders.
