About the projects
We completed 2 projects at Park Ridge Reserve to deliver more accessible, inclusive and modern facilities for the community. The works included a new changeroom building and upgrades to the existing pavilion that will improve the experience for all users of the reserve.
New modular changeroom facility
The new modular changerooms include:
- 4 all-inclusive changerooms with adjoining facilities
- accessible showers, toilets and ambulant facilities
- dual first aid rooms
- umpires’ changerooms with adjoining facilities
- a cleaners’ room
- public unisex accessible and ambulant facilities
- an arts project integrated into the building design.
Existing pavilion refurbishment
The refurbishment included:
- upgrading the kitchen, facilities and clubrooms
- concrete footpaths
- a covered walkway connecting the existing pavilion and the new modular changerooms.
