This session is for community groups, sporting clubs or not-for-profit organisations. Whether sizzling sausages or making jams for sale or consumption, safe food handling knowledge is essential. Don’t jeopardise your fundraising activities, or your customers’ health! Be prepared. Come along and learn more about safe food preparation and your legal obligations.
Learning outcomes:
- Identify best practice for food handling in a community setting
- Understand the different requirements depending on the setting and food type.
