Knox is a diverse community and understanding the values and cultures of other people is key to an inclusive, safe and healthy municipality. Increasing our awareness of what other people value allows us to develop clubs, services and groups that are responsive to everyone’s needs and ultimately increase participation and membership!
Learning outcomes:
- Increase awareness of different cultures and communication practices
- Learn about the challenges and barriers for culturally diverse community members to join services, groups and clubs.
