Music is powerful and can have a profound effect on people with (or without) dementia. It can unify, inspire, boost or sooth our mood and help us relax. Josephine of Melbourne Bilingual Music Therapy will demonstrate the full benefits of music, while performing songs you can sing and/or tap along to.
Note: this session is fully accessible - walker and wheelchairs are welcome.
