- Knox Festival is happening this Saturday
The greatly anticipated Knox Festival will be held at Wally Tew Reserve in Ferntree Gully this Saturday 5 March.
From 10am, the celebration brings the people of Knox together for food, festivities and entertainment for all ages. Festivities continue throughout the evening with a special twilight program with a fireworks display.
There will be a great selection of rides for all ages including Dodgem Cars, Claw Ride, Bungy Trampolines, Extreme Thriller Ride, Candy Swing, Cha Cha and heaps more. Wristbands for unlimited rides can be purchased at the festival, or online prior to the event (online purchases before 12pm on Friday save $10).
This year’s Knox Festival will continue the tradition of the Global Kitchen led by celebrity chef, Lillie Giang. Lillie and her guest chefs will showcase dishes from around the globe, including Egypt, India, and China.
Festival goers can also enjoy a free samples of the delicious delicacies. But be quick! Lillie warns that the tasty morsels are very popular. “There is never enough samplers to go around! Everyone just loves the variety of dishes being cooked by our amazing community cooks.” Free event, no bookings required. Site capacity limits apply.
Knox Festival is a COVIDSafe event presented in line with the current Victorian Government COVID-19 settings.
Proof of valid vaccination or medical exemption applies at entry.
