Stallholder and food vendor Expression of Interest applications for Knox Festival 2023 are now open!

Applications are now open

Local sporting group, businesses, market stalls, community groups and food vendors are invited to participate.

Expression of Interest Information

  • Knox Festival 2023: Saturday 4 March 2023, 10am – 10pm at Wally Tew Reserve, Ferntree Gully
  • Expression of Interest Applications open: Friday 30 September 2022
  • Expression of Interest Applications close: 3.00pm Friday 18 November 2022

Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by 5.00pm Friday 25 November 2022 (if not sooner)

Applicants will be selected based on the following criteria:

  • Product (& Service) Diversity and Pricing
  • Locality to Knox
  • Event History and Engagement

  • Commercial Stallholder - a commercial or maker stallholder selling or promoting products/services at the event. This may include some food options such as packaged sweets and confectionary, preserves and jams, etc.
  • Community Stallholder - a community group/not for profit organization promoting and/or fundraising and offering a free activity/workshop at the event
  • Commercial Food Vendor - a commercial food vendor operating from a marquee or vehicle offering food and/or drinks prepared on site to be consumed at the festival - this includes ice cream, coffee and hot savory/sweet options
  • Community Food Vendor - a community group/not for profit organization selling food products as a fundraiser such as sausage sizzle, hot dogs, hamburgers, poffertjes, etc.
  • Sporting/Leisure Organisation - a community sporting club including netball, football, soccer, cricket, basketball, tennis etc.

Community Groups

Community Groups or Not for Profits are asked to provide a free activity that aligns with our theme (celebrating community life). This does not include information-gathering exercises, such as raffles, petitions or database registrations.

Community Group or Not for Profits may be asked to provide their Incorporated Registration Number.
