- Don’t miss your bin day
Forgetting to put your bin out or putting your bin out on the wrong day is a rubbish feeling.
Also, during the holiday period you might be generating more waste at home which can be challenging to manage.
To help you stay organised and reduce clutter, it can be helpful to know exactly when each of your household bins will be emptied.
Checking your next bin collection day is easy with our Find my bin days online tool. Just follow these simple steps:
- Visit our website
- Type ‘Find my bin days’ into the search field
- Enter your street address into the text box
- Click ‘search’
A list of the next collection days for each of your household bins will then appear on your screen.
Looking for a more long-term view? Use our 2026 Waste calendar to stay on top of your collection schedule throughout the year. You can print this out or request a hard copy be sent to you in the mail by calling our team on 9298 8000.
For more information about household bins and other waste services, visit our website.
In line with Council’s Health and Wellbeing Plan 2025–2029, Knox waste services aim to help divert waste from landfill. Further details are outlined under Theme 3 of the plan: Caring for and enhancing our environment.
