Body Balance

A Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates fusion class for flexibility, strength, and balance with low to moderate intensity.

Chair Yoga at Rowville Library

Join Cara for gentle stretches and strengthening exercises while seated, plus breath awareness and relaxation. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis.

What to wear: Whatever you feel comfortable in, but we recommend loose-fitting clothes or gym gear and bringing a drink bottle.

For beginners: Beginners are welcome! However, it’s advisable to consult your GP before starting a new exercise program.

Please note that not all venues are wheelchair and pram accessible due to limited paved paths in some reserves.
