Additional information
We want everyone to have an opportunity to get involved with Move Your Way, so please be courteous of others when booking multiple sessions.
What to wear: Whatever you feel comfortable in, but we recommend loose-fitting clothes or gym gear and bringing a drink bottle.
For beginners: Beginners are welcome! However, it’s advisable to consult your GP before starting a new exercise program.
Venue accessibility
Please note that not all venues are wheelchair and pram accessible due to limited paved paths in some reserves.
