Belonging by Swinburne visual arts and photography students

Image
Close-up of a hand holding a decorative yellow knot ornament with a tassel, suspended by a cord. The person is wearing a grey top, and the detailed woven pattern of the ornament is clearly visible.

Belonging brings together collaborative photographic portraits by Swinburne visual arts and photography students and Migrant English Program learners at Wantirna. Featuring personal objects and shared storytelling, the exhibition explores identity, migration and home. It also features digital artworks made by students from the VDSS Program (Vocational Education & Training Delivered to School Students) presented in the Paloma Lane Lightboxes.

Join the exhibition opening and floor talk on Wednesday 22 July, 11 am – 12 pm.

Everyone is welcome. No bookings required.

Time: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 8 pm
