Get reusable period and continence products for less

Comfy, cost-effective, discreet and better for the environment, discover reusable alternatives to disposable period and continence products with our trial rebate program.

Knox is partnering with Greener Everyday and trialling a rebate program to help reduce the upfront costs of trying or switching to reusable products to manage period and continence issues. By using these products, households can save money and help to reduce waste sent to landfill. Other benefits include comfort and convenience and options to suit different needs and stages of life.

With the rebate, eligible households can get:

  • Up to $50 per household towards reusable period products
  • Up to $50 per household towards reusable continence products

Households will need to pay at least 50% of the cost of each order. The rebate covers the remaining amount.

Examples of the reusable products on offer include:

  • Menstrual cups and discs
  • Reusable pads, panty liners, and underwear/briefs which can be used for both menstrual and continence needs
  • Furniture covers and pads
  • Wet bags (to store your products on the go)

The amount of household waste generated by disposable products continues to rise. According to recent data provided by the World Health Organisation (2024) the average Australian uses approximately 10,000 disposable menstrual products in their lifetime. Most of these end up in landfill where they can take 300-500 years to decompose. Also, by 2030, Australia aging population is expected to generate up to ten times more single-use disposable continence products than babies' nappies.

Consider making the switch from disposables and use the rebate program to find a reusable product that works for you.
