Chroma by 2026 Certificate II creative industries students

Image
Abstract, blue-toned image with blurred shapes suggesting an indoor space. Dark silhouettes and horizontal light bands create a distorted, high-contrast effect with limited visible detail.

Working with colour, light and image, Chroma explores themes of identity, belonging and self-expression through a contemporary and experimental lens. The use of duotone and illuminated display invites viewers to consider how colour can shape mood, meaning and personal narrative.

Chroma is presented with a photographic portrait exhibition featuring students from the Migrant English Program, displayed at Swinburne’s Gallery 369.

Featuring work by Logun James, Sherry Sheng, Loralei Orme, Vladimir Simonov, Aghlima Sayedi, Izzy Shirley, Feuan Agawin, Serah Jophy, AJ Hong, Kiichiro Yoshida and Auri Kumar.

Time: Viewable at all times, illuminated from dark
