- Calling All Creatives
Knox’s Arts & Culture Advisory Committee guides Council’s arts and cultural services. From events and programs to venues and creative partnerships. Members help shape strategies, offer feedback, and help shape the role of arts in our community.
We are now recruiting for new members to join the committee and serve from September 2025 - September 2027.
The committee meets in person four times per year. It includes:
- 8 community members (residents, artists or community group reps)
- 4 industry experts (arts professionals from public or private sectors)
Who should apply
You should apply if you:
- Live, work, study or take part in arts in Knox
- Have interest or experience in arts — especially in areas like cultural development, events, public art, marketing, tourism, funding, engagement or creative practice
- Understand and are passionate about creating social, cultural or economic change in the Knox arts scene
Applications close at 5pm on Wednesday 23 July 2025.
For more information and to view the Terms of Reference, visit the Arts & Culture Advisory Committee page.
For any questions, contact Emma Bentley at [email protected] or on 9298 8259.
