National Biodiversity Month is an annual celebration to recognise the importance of caring for our environment and to acknowledge the significance of nature for human wellbeing.
During September, Knox City Council and friends hosts a series of free events and workshops to promote connection to nature and to connect the community with environmental volunteer opportunities.

Get your hands dirty! Join a friends working bee (throughout September)

Frog Pond Workshop (Gardens for Wildlife)

If you would like to establish a frog pond in your garden or are struggling to attract frogs, join us for a workshop with ecologist David De Angelis.
