- Hive Live Set To Launch In Knox
Young musicians across Knox are being invited to take centre stage as Knox Youth Services launches Hive Live, a brand-new community music event designed to showcase emerging local talent.
Set to bring together performers, family, friends and music lovers from across the municipality, Hive Live will provide young people with a supportive platform to gain valuable live performance experience while sharing their passion for music with the community.
Applications are now open for solo artists, duos and bands aged 10 to 25 who have a connection to Knox. All musical styles and genres are welcome, with performers encouraged to put their best foot forward and apply for the opportunity to be part of the new event.
Hive Live aims to celebrate the creativity, talent and diversity of young people in Knox, while fostering confidence and skills in a live performance setting.
Successful applicants will have the chance to perform in front of a live audience, connect with other young musicians and be part of an exciting new event that supports youth participation in the local arts scene.
To apply, email the Youth Services Team at [email protected] with the performer's name, age and a short video clip of their performance.
Applications close on Friday 6 November.
Please note, performers will need to supply their own instruments and backing tracks.
