Would you like to learn more about inclusive sports and leisure activities? Come along and chat to local organisations about opportunities available in Knox.
On the day, you can try out a range of activities including pickleball, armchair travel or the Seniors Exercise Park. Book your spot to participate in dancing, meditation or line dancing.
This event is for all ages and abilities. It is an indoor/outdoor event and is wheelchair and walker friendly. Come and be part of the fun.
