- Revitalising The Best of Bayswater
Council has secured a State Government grant aimed at revitalising and celebrating one of our most vibrant multicultural shopping and dining precincts, Bayswater Retail Precinct.
This project will fund targeted facade and shopfront upgrades for local businesses that showcase the rich diversity, unique flavours, and distinct character of the area.
By enhancing the visual appeal of these shopfronts, the initiative aims to transform the precinct into a standout regional destination for food and culture.
A refreshed, beautiful streetscape will attract more visitors, encourage longer stays, and drive increased foot traffic across the entire precinct, proving that a boost for one local business is a win for the whole economic community.
The upgrades are set to be completed by early 2027.
