A smarter future starts at home

As households move to make their homes healthier and energy efficient with the switch to all electric, the Solar Savers Program is a great place to start.

Supported by Council, Solar Savers is a local government initiative that can help Knox residents electrify their homes by facilitating access to quality products. The program began in 2018 with a focus on solar and has expanded to include a broad range of products including everything from battery storage, heat pump hot water, split system heating and cooling, EV chargers, insulation and draught proofing, induction cooktops and home energy assessments.

Currently, there are 20 local councils participating in the program, helping hundreds of residents’ transition.

Interested but not sure where to start?

A home energy assessment is a great place to start. With a home energy assessment, you can identify areas in your home where you can lower your energy consumption, reduce your energy bills, and create a more comfortable living environment in your home.

You're invited to join a free information session on March 12th, learn more and have your questions answered by one of the expert providers of Home Energy Assessments in the Solar Savers program.
