- Join Us For National Tree Planting Day
Sunday 26 July is National Tree Planting Day.
To celebrate, join us for a free, family-friendly event to contribute to the environment by planting 3,500 indigenous trees, shrubs, and ground covers at Lewis Park, Wantirna South.
Help support local biodiversity by strengthening habitat corridors for local fauna and flora, linking Lewis Park to nearby areas such as Blind Creek and the Dandenong Ranges.
This is a great opportunity to meet other biodiversity enthusiasts and some of our local environmental volunteer groups, followed by a free BBQ by the Wantirna Lions Club.
Registrations essential.
