Knox knocking and calling - customer satisfaction survey

Commencing 14 March researchers will be knocking on doors and calling residents across Knox. We are conducting community satisfaction surveys to better understand how we are performing and help us identify ways to improve customer experience.

We want to hear about the experience of residents across a range of services, including Council’s overall performance, customer service, waste management, arts centres and libraries, recreational facilities, and local streets and footpaths.

Feedback gathered will help us to identify ways to improve service delivery to residents.

These surveys will be conducted by independent market research agencies, Metropolis Research and JWS who have been commissioned by Council.

Metropolis Research staff will be door knocking residents. They will be wearing a Metropolis Research lanyard with photo ID and will carry a letter of authorisation from Knox City Council.

JWS staff will be conducting telephone surveys and will introduce themselves as research surveyors calling on behalf of Knox City Council

A total of 900 interviews will be conducted with a representative sample of Knox residents. The interviews will take approximately 15 minutes and responses are confidential.

If you have any questions, please call Knox Customer Service on 9298 8000.
