- Knox Seniors Festival Returns
Knox Seniors Festival 2026 is set to bring the community together with a vibrant program of events celebrating our senior community throughout October.
The festival offers an opportunity for older people to stay active, learn something new, connect with others and enjoy a range of free and low-cost activities designed to support wellbeing, lifelong learning and social connection.
From live entertainment and creative workshops to health-focused activities and community gatherings, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
The festival officially opens on Friday 2 October, with Lady Shaula & Friends, an uplifting afternoon of music, storytelling and singalongs. Featuring Lady Shaula's powerful vocals, harp, piano, movement and performances from The Sisterhood Singers, this colourful and interactive show will take audiences on a joyful journey around the globe.
Perfect for lovers of music, travel and shared memories, the performance promises warmth, laughter and plenty of opportunities to join in, making it a fitting way to launch this year's festival.
Tickets are $15.
Whether you're looking to reconnect with old friends, meet new people or simply enjoy a day out in the community, Knox Seniors Festival is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate all that over 55’s contribute to our community.
