- Community pop-up: Annual Plan and Budget 2027-2028
Planning is starting for the Annual Plan and Budget 2027-2028 and we want to hear from the community at the very beginning of the process.
To help us understand what matters most to you, come to Rowville Community Centre on Thursday 20 August between 12pm and 2pm and share with us which services the community value most and actions you would like to see as a priority.
Other in person opportunities include:
- Knox Library - Friday 31 July, 10.30am to 12.30pm
- Knox Leisureworks - Saturday 8 August, 9am to 11am
- Knox Library - Saturday 15 August, 10.30am to 12.30pm
You can also have your say online by the 23 August 2026. We also welcome formal submissions for Council to consider.
The Annual Plan and Budget 2027-2028 are linked to our Council and Health and Wellbeing Plan 2025-2029 which represents our promise to the Knox community and delivers on your aspirations and needs. This early engagement gives you the opportunity to help shape priorities from the start.

The pop-up is in a busy location, so it may be noisy and have a lot of people moving around. If you need a quiet space or one to one conversation, please contact us.
