Soon you’ll be able to quickly and easily book show tickets, and art and cultural venues in our new online booking system. While we upgrade our booking system, there will be some changes to the venue bookings process.
The new booking system will be launched on 1 July. We are aiming to make the transition smooth for you.
Venue bookings
We have two arts and cultural venues that are available for hire, Knox Community Arts Centre and Ferntree Gully Community Arts Centre. Both arts centres offer meeting room hire, and the Knox Community Arts Centre also offers theatre hire.
Bookings requests can still be made by completing the PDF application form and emailing it to the venue. Venue hire application forms:

Please note: Between 15-30 June, we are unable to review booking applications due the online booking system upgrade. We will resume reviewing booking requests from 1 July, when the new online booking system has been launched. We apologise if this causes you any inconvenience. Information for existing customers
If you have an existing booking at one of our art and cultural venues, please be reassured that your booking will automatically be moved into our new online booking system. We will contact you directly with further information.
If you have Term 3 class or workshop enrolments at Ferntree Gully Arts Centre, these will not be impacted.
If you have show tickets at the Knox Community Arts Centre, they will not be impacted by the system upgrade. We will slowly phase out the old ticketing system. In the meantime, you will notice 2 ticketing systems operating at the same time.
New online booking system
The new online booking system will be more intuitive to use, providing better user experience and search functions. In addition, you’ll be able to manage invoices and payments in your account.
The new system will also manage class enrolments at Ferntree Gully Community Arts Centre, and show tickets at Knox Community Arts Centre.
You will be able to use the new booking system from 1 July 2026.
