Facilities
The main room can accommodate up to 60 people.
It is a multi-purpose space with:
- an adjoining domestic kitchen
- trestle tables
- data projector and screen
- vinyl flooring.
Venue hire fees
We offer subsidised rates to community and not-for-profit groups.
Hire frees include use of chairs, trestle tables, a data projector and screen if required.

Make a booking request
We are upgrading our online booking system to improve customer service and make bookings easier.
You can still submit booking requests during this time by completing the Ferntree Gully Community Arts Centre application form for venue hire (PDF) and emailing it to [email protected].
Between 15–30 June, we will not be able to review booking applications while we implement this upgrade. From 1 July, we will start reviewing booking requests again. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you have any concerns, you can email [email protected].
We will move all existing bookings onto the new system.
