Committee objectives
The Committee works with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to:
- review how well pre-set benchmarks have been met
- review progress towards meeting pre-set benchmarks
- create goals for the year.
Councillor members
The Committee is made up of the Mayor and Councillors.

Meetings
The CEO's performance is reviewed every three months and once a year.
The Committee works within its Terms of Reference.
