Fab Nobs Theatre

With the support of a CDF grant, Fab Nobs Theatre was able to introduce youth music theatre workshops to provide new opportunities for the participants of their programs.

Peppertree Hill Retirement Village

As successful recipients of a CDF grant in 2020-21, the computer group of the Peppertree Hill Retirement Village upgraded their computer equipment to be more accessible for older participants.

Taylors Lane Kindergarten

With the help of a CDF grant, Taylors Lane Kindergarten Parents Committee created a play space to encourage children to grow their creativity and cooperation with each other.

In 2020-21, Nepalese women's group Didi Bahini Samaj received a CDF grant as a contribution toward their yoga activity group.

Knox BMX Club

The Knox BMX Club grew their club and provided essential first aid equipment, new training bikes and safety gear for new members.

Melbourne Steam Traction Engine Club learned new project management and technical skills to restore and build steam engines and a miniature railway for the community to enjoy.

  • Mountain District Learning Centre's Volunteer Expo to attract new volunteers to different groups
  • Interchange Outer East ran a National Youth Week Festival
  • Foothills Community Care organised a community meal night.

Boys' Brigade 33rd Vic Boronia

The Boys Brigade in Boronia ran activities with older patients with dementia. The Community Development Fund grant also provided recreational equipment and activities for the boys.
