About the Plan
Council’s stormwater assets include drainage pits and pipes, wetlands, stormwater tanks, raingardens, tree pits and permeable paving.
Our Stormwater Asset Management Plan 2025-2035 provides guidance on how we manage our stormwater assets over a 10-year period.
A key action in the plan involves upgrading 97km of very small 100mm diameter pipes to 300mm diameter pipes. This upgrade will improve drainage performance and help manage stormwater more effectively.
