The Asset Plan is a 10-year document that guides how Council prioritises and manages its assets across their life span.
The plan ensures the replacement, disposal, upgrade or renewal of council assets occurs at the right time, in the most affordable way.
Council developed the Asset Plan with both the Community and Financial Plans.
About the plan
On Monday 27 June 2022, Council adopted the Asset Plan 2022 to 2032.
The plan:
- details our approach to strategic and infrastructural planning over the next decade
- includes a 10-year financially sustainable projection showing how Council aims to commit the funds outlined in the Financial Plan.
