Council Meetings

Council's decision-making meetings are typically held on the second and fourth Monday of each month. The meeting timetable for 2020 is available below.

Council Meetings

Council Meetings are generally held on the fourth Monday of each month (excluding the December meeting).

Council's Meeting procedure includes public question time as a standard item on the Agenda in order to facilitate community participation in the meeting. If you like, you can submit a question to Council using the following online form.

Questions submitted electronically must be received no later than midday on the day of the Council meeting.

Strategic Planning Committee Meetings

The Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) is a Delegated Committee which comprises solely of Councillors. The Committee meets 10 times each year generally on the second Monday of each month. The Strategic Planning Committee has delegated authority from Council to consider a broad range of issues and with less formal meeting procedures, enables more discussion between Councillors on strategic matters when required.
