Council properties available to lease
Knox City Council is looking for community groups to lease and manage five Council buildings.
We invite non‑profit groups and organisations to apply. Your group should support Council goals and provide activities or services that benefit the Knox community.

The following properties are part of this process:

33 Kingston Street, Ferntree Gully - Scoresby Hall
17 Darryl Street, Scoresby - Boronia Progress Hall
134 Boronia Rd, Boronia - 1 Rollings Road
1 Rollings Road, Upper Ferntree Gully
Key dates
- Applications open:
9:00 am, Tuesday 7 April 2026 - Application close:
5:00 pm, Tuesday 5 May 2026
Applications received after this time will not be accepted.
Inspections
Groups can visit the properties before applying.

- Bookings must be made before 7 April 2026
- Inspections will run from 8 to 16 April 2026
