Proposed lease arrangements
In accordance with Section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020, Knox City Council is considering proposed lease arrangements exceeding 10 years at the following 3 sites:
- Waste transfer station, 251 George Street, Wantirna South for the purposes of a waste transfer station.
- 1 Rollings Road, Upper Ferntree Gully for the purpose of community services.
- The Knox Community Garden, 51 Kleinert Road, Boronia for the purposes of a community garden.
All terms and conditions, including rental rates adhere to Council’s Leasing and Licensing Policy (PDF).
