  • Online fees for building permits comprise the $123.70 lodgement fee and a flat $750 application fee. There may be other fees and charges applicable depending on the type of permit. These fees will be invoiced following receipt of your online application.
     
  • State Government Levy is calculated by cost of construction X .00128. (GST not applicable). Payable if cost of works is over $10,000.
     
  • Council’s Asset Protection Inspection Fee $195 may be applicable depending on the type & cost of works, contact our Asset Department.
     
  • Council’s Approval Point of Discharge (APOD) Fee is $146.80. Contact our Drainage Department should you require an APOD.
