How to book
New sports club applicants
Some reserves are already assigned to clubs under seasonal licence agreements. Availability must be confirmed before approval.
You need to send your request to [email protected]
You need to include:
- your sport and club details
- preferred grounds
- required days, times and season
- expected number of teams or participants
- whether you need training, games or facilities.
Existing sports club applicants
We will contact sports clubs to renew existing seasonal licence agreements.
Casual bookings
To book a recreation or sports reserve, complete our online form. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
You may need to create an account before submitting the form. Do not use this form to book playgrounds, picnic tables, shelters or park areas. These facilities are available for public use and do not require a booking.
When you submit your application, include a copy of your Public Liability Insurance certificate with at least $20 million cover.
From 2027, casual bookings that require toilet access will have an hourly access fee, as outlined in the Council Budget. Existing casual booking users will receive updates and more information directly.
