- information to be submitted with an application and what council can consider is pre-set
- a Council Officer decides the application.

- decision guidelines.

Lodge an application
VicSmart applications can be lodged online, by mail or in person at the Council offices.
To lodge a planning application online, you must be a registered user.
Apply in person or by post
Download the VicSmart application smart form and submit with all the required documentation and applicable planning fees.
