Payment plans
Payment plans can help you pay your rates in smaller, regular payments over time. This includes any overdue rates payments.
When you set up a payment plan, you must:
- choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly
- start making payments within one month of applying.
Interest may still apply until your overdue amount is paid in full.

If you can't apply online, please call us on 9298 8000 and we will help you.
We will review your application and aim to get back to you within 10 business days. Once your application is approved, we will send your payment schedule. You don’t need to wait for approval to start making payments, you can start straight away.
