Service Updates

We are prioritising critical services and some services may be reduced. This means there will be longer wait times for customers contacting us by phone. Many of our services are available online. Advice on which services can continue is changing rapidly. For regular updates, go to knox.vic.gov.au/coronavirus

Knox home care services

Active Ageing and Social Inclusion

Support in the Home

We provide a range of services to assist eligible residents to continue to live independently and safely in their own homes. We also support a number of groups and provide events and services designed to promote active ageing and social inclusion.

We aim to provide services that are tailored to meet individual needs and commit to respecting each person's independence, culture, faith, gender identity, biological sex characteristics, sexual orientation and linguistic diversity as well as privacy and confidentiality.

There are a range of in-home services available to eligible Knox residents depending on age.

If you are aged 65 years and over (or 50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people), you will need to contact My Aged Care for an assessment to apply for in-home services. Call 1800 200 422.
