Property Information Certificate (Sale of Properties)

An application for a Property Information Certificate can be made to Council at the time of sale of a property.

It can provide property information and building particulars.

Property information

A Property Information Certificate can include information under Building Regulations relating to your land, such as:

  • building permits issued within the last 10 years

  • if the property is termite prone
  • if the land is in a bushfire prone area
